Human Resources Generalist (ANZ) - Sydney

We are currently seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) will function as a generalist primarily supporting the ANZ region, as well as, the broader APAC region, as required.  Your responsibilities will include a variety of human resource activities, people operations and administrative support.  This role will assist the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide human resource advisory and support across the full employee lifecycle. 

The HRG will ensure our managers and employees are supported to be successful in their roles which in turn, contributes to high levels of employee engagement and retention.  In addition, the HRG will assist to plan, advise and administer important functions to continue to build an incredible team in alignment with the Company's strategic goals and objectives.
 

As a Human Resources Generalist (HRG), you will:

Employee Lifecycle Management – assist the HRBP in ensuring the smooth onboarding and transition of employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle Implement HR programs and policies, answer employee queries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications  Respond to employee needs like onboarding assistance, benefits policies and programs, payroll processing and other HR functions as assigned  Provide HR administrative support in the areas of compensation/benefits, employee relations, training and development, employee change-of-status and maintain employee files  Manage all tasks related to onboarding, new hire orientation, off boarding, conduct exit interviews, HRIS data maintenance and auditing for accuracy and compliance Preparation and processing of monthly payroll cycle in partnership with Payroll, Finance Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics – employee turnover rates Undertake ad-hoc project assignments and initiatives as required

We Are Looking For:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent 2+ to 5 years progressive Human Resources experience Strong people skills and able to work in a fast paced environment with diverse groups Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders  Aptitude in problem-solving and resolving issues promptly Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS (e.g. Oracle) will be a plus
