Hourly Rate: **$25-$26.75**

**What You’ll Do**
**Keep HR Operations Running Seamlessly** – Ensure the HR office stays organized and efficient while providing timely, professional support to associates.
**Attract & Welcome Top Talent** – Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with hiring and onboarding to build a strong team.
**Lead Training & Compliance Efforts** – Conduct new hire orientation, oversee brand training, and ensure workplace safety certifications stay current.
**Be a Trusted Resource for Employees** – Provide guidance on benefits, assist with leave management, and help foster a supportive workplace culture.
**Strengthen Associate Relations** – Listen to team concerns, support investigations when needed, and help document and follow up on action plans.
**Manage Key HR Functions** – Handle unemployment claims, exit interviews, and personnel files while contributing to associate recognition programs.
**Be a Team Player** – Step up where needed to keep HR processes running smoothly and create a positive impact on the workplace.
**What We’re Looking For**
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, administration, or customer service.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a combination of experience and education works too.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to spend extended time at a computer and walk around the property as needed.
Professional, approachable, and able to support associates with care and efficiency. Bilingual skills are a plus.
**About the Property**
Gain valuable experience by supporting both Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites, which operate as a campus. Embassy Suites will be your home base, giving you the opportunity to work across both properties.
Maintain a consistent schedule with 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM hours for a great work-life balance.
