Located in Fort Worth, TX, you will support office and manufacturing employees aligned with our Water Quality business. You will additionally support our office and manufacturing location in Fort Myers, FL. Responsible for all HR activities to include, but not limited to: the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Workday, associate communications, employment law, new hire orientation/on-boarding, associate relations, compliance efforts, safety program compliance, policy interpretation/communications, talent review and appraisal process. This person will be an active member of the overall HR team and will provide support for all on-going HR projects and initiatives. You will foster a workplace culture that exceeds employee expectations and embraces a continuous improvement mindset.

As an HR Generalist, you will lead a variety of human resources initiatives for our Water Quality division across both office and manufacturing environments in Fort Worth, TX, and Fort Myers, FL. Reporting onsite to HR leadership in Fort Worth, you will handle recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and continuous improvement initiatives, traveling up to 15%—primarily to our Fort Myers location.

You Will:

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, developing and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Support compliance areas such as employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, training, AA/EEO, and leave management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft recruitment strategies suited to manufacturing and office roles.

Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and participate in candidate selection, focusing on manufacturing labor requirements.

Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Provide visibility and accessibility on the floor, coaching and counseling employees, front-line leaders, and managers on ER matters and performance management.

Use empathy when addressing employee concerns, carrying out investigations, and partnering with the legal team on ethics-related issues.

Support performance management processes, implementing performance improvement plans.

Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance HR and operational efficiency.

Partner with leadership to develop and monitor people metrics, maintaining HRIS data and generating reports for discussion and action.

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).

Familiarity with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and operational excellence.

Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative approach, and an empathetic mindset.

Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
