Human Resources Generalist
Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role involves assisting with recruiting, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process for all employees. You will also be responsible for submitting workers' compensation claims, utilizing ADP to process payroll and manage PTO, LOAs, EDD, and more. As the first point of contact for all employees on the production floor, you will handle employee documentation and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities + Assist with recruiting and coordinating interviews. + Support the onboarding process for all employees. + Submit workers' compensation claims. + Utilize ADP to process payroll, manage PTO, LOAs, EDD, and more. + Act as the first point of contact for all employees on the production floor. + Manage employee documentation. + Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills + 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience. + Bilingual in Spanish. + Tech savvy, specifically with ADP. + Experience in employee relations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Manufacturing background preferred but not required. Work Environment The position is on-site in the corporate office at our manufacturing plant in Carson. The standard work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility in schedule (9 AM to 6 PM, 10 AM to 7 PM, etc.). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr. 12 PTO days in year 2401k contributions health, dental, visionEligible for monthly operations bonus which is a percentage of your hourly rate Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Carson,CA.
