Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage recruitment for administrative office positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategies to attract top talent.
Maintain and enhance recruitment metrics to ensure timely and quality hires.
HRIS Management & Compliance:
Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from the HRIS to support department
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and corporate functions to foster a positive workplace culture.
Partner with leadership to organize seasonal parties, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
1-2 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and strong knowledge of HR compliance requirements.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
