Proven skills in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.Enthusiasm for networking and sourcing candidates through various channels.A continuously improving mindset to enhance recruitment strategies.Develop strong relationships with employees and management to support a positive workplace culture.Self-directed with project management skills to support multiple HR initiatives and meet deadlines.An eagerness to learn and continuously improve HR processes and practices.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a similar industry.Proficient with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Must be an independent self-starter with creativity and latitude in problem-solving.Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.Only select candidates will be contacted.
