Job Description:At Regions, the Human Resources Data and Reporting Analyst maintains data sources and platforms and provides structure and guidelines for ensuring quality data and reporting. This role may also participate in data analysis and research projects to solve problems and provide actionable insights for organizational decision-making.
Primary Responsibilities
Creates and maintains databases and management reports; analyzes and interprets data to identify anomalies, trends and opportunities for improvementsMaintains, develops and builds data sources using the Workday Prism platformExtracts, analyzes, and coordinates data to assist business segments with making changes to policies, procedures, and business practicesInterprets, analyzes results, and provides insights to team and manager to determine operational impact, trends, opportunitiesPrepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationCaptures, develops, and documents Human Resources data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirementsEnsures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysisWorks with managers to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements, which may include capacity planning, volume forecasting and unit costingOperates under moderate supervisionWorks within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervisionThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Data Management, Statistics, Math, Economics, or related fieldThree (3) years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience with Workday ReportingExperience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Preferences
Experience with database management or big data toolsExperience with the Workday Prism platformMS-Access/SQL data base development, VB Macro development in Excel, Power Builder development or similar skillSkills and Competencies

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
