What will I be doing?
As HR Coordinator, you are responsible for managing HR administrative responsibilities to deliver an excellent team member experience. More specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nPrevious work experience in 4-5 star hotels.\nMinimum of 6-12 months work experience in a similar HR role or internship; preferably in hotel industry\nPositive working attitude and a natural motivator\nExcellent communication and people skills\nEye for detail\nOut of the box thinking and creative input\nStrong presentation skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally\nFluent in the Dutch and English language, speaking as well as writing\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nAbility to work under pressure\nAbility to work on your own and in different teams\nCompetent level of IT proficiency\nExcellent grooming standards\nProactive attitude\nAble to communicate in various ways depending on audience\n\n
