Human Resources Coordinator
Overview As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will help drive the strategic initiatives of the Branch Operations HR team by providing administrative support, including processing routine audits, completing employee life cycle transactions, and maintaining partnerships with HR Generalists. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in ensuring administrative excellence to deliver exceptional service to our Branch Operations business and HR team. Responsibilities Oversee and process new hire onboarding for all of Branch Operations, including reviewing backgrounds, tracking onboarding progress, assisting in completion of new hire documentation and I-9 processing. Generate, monitor, and analyze routine and ad hoc HR reports utilizing the HRIS (Workday). Manage the offboarding processes for employees, including conducting exit interviews and capturing information regarding employment experience and opportunities for improvement. Maintain, audit, and update HR documentation, reports, employee records, and sensitive information in compliance with company policies, business structure, and legal requirements. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Operations HR team. Provide administrative support to bargained areas, including administering Random Drug Testing and processing annual contract rate adjustments. Processes and track LOAs in coordination with HR Generalist and the third party; addresses LOA issues with employee (explaining process, answering questions, providing leave instructions, and ensuring smooth return) Administer routine new hire survey through SurveyMonkey; collect results, track participation, and distribute to HR Generalist. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring consistent and accurate information is communicated. Provide weekly reports and status updates to HR Generalists on current transactions, audits, leave administration, or other administrative support provided. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associates Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or two years equivalent experience. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with all levels of the organization. Commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and confidentiality in sensitive matters. Proficient in HR software systems and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Workday experience is preferred. Adaptable and flexible in response to shifting priorities and business needs. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
