As a Human Resources Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of HR projects and initiatives that support the business strategy set out in strategic people plans. You will work closely with other HR Consultants, support HR Business Partners and engage with HR Advisors and specialists to help design pragmatic solutions to solve business problems by leveraging internal and external expertise to deliver solutions that have measurable impact for our business either globally or within country adding commercial value through HR projects.
As a Human Resources Consultant you will:
Navigate a HR environment consisting of business partnering/relationship management with business leaders supported by shared services and areas of expertiseSupport project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks – and program controls and procedures within the given initiativesProvide input or oversight to how HR initiatives align to the HR/ Business Strategy and relevant global/ country business/functional People Plans Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDraft presentations and deliver them with credibility and empathyReport progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the relevant stakeholders and governance forum and make recommendations to influence decision making to maintain progress towards deliveryLiaise with business stakeholders and people managersFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $86,700 and $130,100.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

3 years HR consulting experience either in-house or at human capital consulting firm or other equivalent HR related experience with program/project management including a strong execution componentExceptional collaboration and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsStrong presentation skills and data storytellingExperience in supporting projects and sprint interventionsExperience in transformation/change and/or project co-ordination rolesRelevant project management qualifications and HR accreditation or equivalent (desirable but not essential)Ability to deal assertively but sensitively with internal and external customers across a matrix environment.Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality.
