The HR Business Partner works in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Alorica. Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated directorates

Previous 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner Solid experience with HR practices and employee management Fluent command English Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor law Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Leadership skills Strong communication skills Positive and open-minded attitude Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal orientedIf you are interested, please complete your online application, including attachment of your CV in English.
