JOB SUMMARY

The HR Business Partner works in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of Alorica. Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated directorates


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances Supporting managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues. Providing advice and guidance to senior managers on employment matters; influencing management and the leadership around the people agenda to maximize service performance. Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.  Delivering key HR initiatives , including pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management. Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice. Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner  Solid experience with HR practices and employee management Fluent command English Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor law Knowledge of computing technology is an advantage Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Leadership skills Strong communication skills Positive and open-minded attitude Eager to learn, self-motivated and goal oriented
