Human Resources Business Partner
Overview

Working as a part of the Crocs Inc Las Vegas Distribution Center HR Team, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will support various areas including compliance, on-boarding, timekeeping / HRIS, recognition and engagement. This role will be assigned to the Second Shift Team, Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 11:30pm and will provide direct support to that leadership group and workforce.
 

What You'll Do

Drive successful HR Programs:

Support the Set The Pace quarterly performance management process by aligning the expectations around Supervisors and Associates, track successful completion Drive Associate engagement by creating a culture of recognition with our Kudos! program Roll out Employee Engagement process and facilitate action plans with Supervisor group

Facilitate successful onboarding:

Ensure the onboarding process is smooth and a positive experience for new hires by providing clear communication and instructions Complete all system related activities for our new starts

Enforce Policies / Procedures:

Conduct trainings as vital to ensure Supervisors and Employees understand expectations around key Policies and Procedures

Support HR Systems:

Process employees changes such as job changes and terms in key HR systems such as Success Factors and Kronos Partner with LVDC Leadership group on employee changes prior to entering system, ensuring all processes are followed Ensure employee timecards are correct and properly signed off by Supervisor group

Training and Development:

Provide training and ongoing support to Supervisor group to ensure they have tools to perform job as expected Support our Labor Management Program (LM) with coaching and corrective action
  What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 2-4 years of Human Resource experience required Proficient understanding of I-9s, background checks, new hire documents, exit requirements, etc. Solid understanding of MS office programs required. Experience working with Kronos an HRIS system a plus Employee relations experience required Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal Knowledge of Federal, State and Local employment laws Desire to grow HR abilities, be a part of a new, fast paced, automated operation Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills Ability to work independently as the only on-site HR resource Ability to effectively partner with HR, Legal and other departments located outside of the facility.
