The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Acts as a business partner to site management to ensure HR processes and requirements are completed timely and accurately. Provides advice and consultation to management on HR related issues. **Education And Credentials** **Responsibilities:** Associates Degree is required in Human Resources, Business, or similar field. Bachelors degree is preferred in Human Resources Management or Business.
