The role of the HR Business Partner will focus on talent acquisition initiatives, employee relations and people-partnership, internal communications regarding organizational changes and company policy, as well as support the maintenance of team development and performance.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesLead talent acquisition efforts for professional roles, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selectionAnalyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomesServe as a trusted advisor to employees and management, guiding employee relations and conflict resolutionLead and conduct investigations related to grievances, misconduct, and allegations of policy and procedural concernDevelop and distribute internal communications regarding organizational changes, benefits updates, and company policiesEnsure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s values and objectivesAct as a liaison between leadership and employees to facilitate effective communicationDevelop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive performance management process that aligns with organizational goalsProvide training and support to manages and employees on performance evaluation techniques and goal-setting processMonitor and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvementMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulationsPerform any other duties as assigned to support the needs of the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field4+ years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, or people operations, with a focus on talent acquisition and payroll managementStrong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and onboarding best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationFamiliarity with HRIS systems and recruitment softwareKnowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the manufacturing sectorAbility to analyze employee feedback and drive culture change initiatives Options Apply NowApplyShare this jobEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
