Human Resources Associate Description CAIPA MSO is a management service organization in which we service over 2500 providers in the Greater New York City area. Our mission is to alleviate our providers’ administrative tasks so they can focus on delivering qualitied patient care. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team and provide essential support to the HR department. The Human Resources Associate will play a crucial role in streamlining administrative processes, improving the candidate experience, and facilitating efficient onboarding and orientation procedures. This position aims to enhance the overall effectiveness and productivity of our HR function. Requirements + Administrative Support:Coordinate interview schedules, assist with Open Enrollment Sessions for New Hires, follow up on TRN Open Enrollment, and assist with probationary reviews and resignation processes. + Candidate Experience:Conduct orientations and complete the onboarding process to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience. Ensure that new hires are well-informed, supported, and integrated into the organization effectively. + Onboarding and Orientation:Coordinate onboarding activities, prepare new hire paperwork, facilitate orientation sessions, and ensure the availability of necessary resources for a productive start. + Follow-Up and Communication:Proactively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to provide updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. Ensure timely and transparent communication to maintain momentum, prevent delays, and demonstrate a commitment to an efficient hiring process. + HR Support:Answer HR-related questions, and support HR initiatives. Assist with various HR tasks, activities and projects as assigned. + Performance Management:Assist in the follow-up and maintenance of performance management systems, including accurately inputting of data, setting up performance evaluations, and tracking progress. Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR administrative role. + Solid understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. + Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software systems. + Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant subject is preferred. + Excellent multi-tasking, prioritizing, and time management skills. + Knowledge and experience with Adobe, and Microsoft Office products. + Critical thinking skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from representatives, providers, and the general public. + Good aptitude for self-sufficiency with the ability to work both independently and with others.
