Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring the performance evaluation program, notifying supervisors of overdue evaluations, and tracking progress.
- Support recruitment efforts by administering pre-employment tests, conducting interviews, checking references, and preparing new hire documentation.
- Conduct New Employee Orientation and ensure that all new hire documentation is complete and accurate.
- Help maintain and organize employee records, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Generate and manage HR reports, including attendance, employment data, and other relevant information.
- Assist in managing recognition programs and coordinate company events, such as employee parties and celebrations.
- Provide support and feedback to employees to encourage their growth and performance.
- Promote and observe safety and security procedures in the workplace.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of HRIS or Sage systems.
- Previous experience with employee recognition and event coordination.

High School

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of company policies and HR procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and HRIS software.
- Understanding of human behavior and motivational factors that influence employee performance and morale.

- Ability to act as a role model and maintain a positive, respectful attitude within the organization.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
