We are seeking a Human Resource Assistant to provide essential support to our team in managing recruitment and other administrative tasks. This role involves assisting with hiring processes, coordinating day-to-day recruitment tasks, and handling administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the firm’s recruitment and HR efforts with professionalism and dedication.

A Day in the Life

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with recruitment tasks, including processing and tracking candidate progress and coordinating with hiring attorneys. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule calendars, video calls, interviews, and meetings using Microsoft Teams and Calendar. You will support recruitment activities by maintaining accurate records, updating internal databases, and managing electronic files to ensure consistency across systems. Additionally, you will draft, format, edit, and proofread correspondence and recruitment-related documents while providing general support to the Recruitment and Management teams. Professionalism and discretion are essential as you interface with internal and external contacts at all levels and handle confidential information.

We Know You The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in a law firm or corporate environment, with a focus on administrative, recruitment, or human resources. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills are essential, along with excellent written and oral communication abilities. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently while excelling in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management is also required to succeed in this role. Who We Are
