Position Overview Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Human Resources, independently performs a wide variety of complex, diverse, technical, and confidential analytical tasks, in the operation and maintenance of the full range of functions for the Human Resources department of Calbright College. Assists in planning, and coordination of the operational and directive functions including but not limited to HR functional areas such as recruitment, sourcing quality candidates, classification and compensation development, leave of absence administration, payroll, performance evaluation, employee records and employee relations, provides support to benefits administration, preparation of data and information for the purposes of collective bargaining, and other related work. This position will promote engagement and teamwork by jumping in where needed without hesitation.
