Job DescriptionRobert Bosch South Africa is looking to employ a Human Resources Administrator, in the Human Resources Department.
Recruitment:
Coordinate the recruitment cycle; interview, screening, recruiting and appointment of fresh talent when requiredLead the full recruitment cycle for junior positionsProvide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner's with recruitment cycle for senior positionsLeverage sourcing methodologies and tools to meet the current attraction techniqueAdvance the use of new and innovative methods of sourcing talent to increase capability and capacity of pipeline, including direct sourcing, networking / data mining, and internal referralsUnderstanding of the current recruitment landscape and advising the business accordinglySupport the vendor selection process, and relationships for sourcing channels in partnership with the procurement teamManage and update the careers site content including TalentHub and LinkedInMonitor ROI on current sourcing tools and channels; make recommendations for improvementsKeeping track of human resources dashboards for e.g., staff movements, retention, and staff turnoverHuman resources monthly reporting Maintain and update the job description data baseLiaise with Human Resources Business Partner’s & Payroll for package modellingConducting of the necessary background screening requirements for recruitment
HR Administration:
On-Boarding / Off-Boarding
Facilitate the smooth onboarding of employees by liaising with relevant departmentsEnsure that all the onboarding documentation for new associates are completed and submitted back to payroll for processingTrack the probation discussions as part of on-boarding process with support of the Human Resources Business PartnersOversee the Human Resources induction process with the support of the HRBP’sLiaise with other stakeholders to ensure departmental inductions are conductedResponsible to oversee the exit process for all terminationsGeneral HR Administration
Compass / SAP administrationQuality control for HR templatesHR Filing (manual and online)Support administration for general HR-Payroll inputsSupport HR communication, announcements, newsletters etc.Audit (support)Provide training support and coordination where neededAssist and give support to Human Resources Business Partners with labour relations processes e.g., Disciplinary hearings, grievances etc.Support general human resources projectsAct as a champion in performance management processes and administrationThe associate in this role can be expected to assist with other human resources topics outside this scope QualificationsQualifications
Degree/Diploma in Human ResourcesExperience Required:
2 - 3 years' experience of practical human resources administration in a multinational company 2 - 3 years' experience with recruitment and recruitment processes, i.e. interviews Strong administrative and interpersonal skillsOrganisational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsComputer literate (eg. Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office etc.)Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantagePersonal Characteristics:
