Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our growing HR team!

The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills and an ability to interface with employees at all levels. They are well organized, have a high level of attention to detail, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves in a tight-knit and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, programs and processes; submit employee help tickets as needed Maintain employee personnel records and process transactional information such as pay, department, manager and title changes according to standard operating procedures Assist with writing and sending manager and employee-facing communications Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective recruiting strategies Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes run seamlessly Conduct new hire check-ins and exit interviews Pull HRIS reports to analyze and update relevant data Partner with the HR Operations and other internal teams on projects Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 1-3 years of related HR experience Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations Understanding of HR regulations and policy administration Strong client-service focus, responsiveness and ability to build and manage relationships across different levels and functions Proficiency in notetaking and ability to help with delicate performance management and employee relation situations Some experience with HR systems, such as Workday is a plus Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects; leverage strong time management and organizational skills High degree of personal integrity and maturity including the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
