We seek an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will be a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. The Human Resource Business Partner will report directly to our VP of HR.

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team of 7-10 team members, supporting 600+ employees with planned growth to exceed 1,000 employees within 2-3 years, and reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:


Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.Act as a change agent to support business transformations and cultural initiatives.Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.Conduct investigations and manage conflict resolution in a confidential and professional manner.Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.Develop strategies to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.Support the implementation of performance appraisal and feedback processes.Coach managers on performance-related matters, including goal setting and performance improvement plans.Assist with training and development assignment, changes, updates and reporting.Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.Monitor trends related to turnover, engagement, and performance.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Assist in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Supporting onboarding, integration and orientation processes for new employees.Respond to general inquiries such as resetting passwords, creating emails, expense assignments, status changes, paycheck tracking, and supervisor alignment.Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues when needed, helping to maintain a positive and inclusive workplace.Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure HR documents are up to date.Support HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees understand company guidelines and HR policies are consistently applied.Support and help implement best-in-class professional development pathways for all key roles throughout the organization. Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.Conduct and maintain background checks and employee eligibility and employment verifications, as well as maintaining Unemployment Claims, term notices and garnishments.Provide various reports such as email audits, turnover analysis, quarterly malpractice updates, payroll, license and certification expirations, anniversaries, and bonus tracking.Provides payroll support, remote staff check tracking/setup, expense assignments, and check tracking and resolution.Expected travel time of approximately 60% within the designated region.

Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)HR professional certifications are strongly desired (PHR-SPHR)3+ years experience, preferably in a business partner roleAbility to be onsite at our Denver metro area practices 60% travel to locations weeklyHRIS experience with Paylocity or any other HRIS systems Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, both written and verbal
