Human Resource Business Partner Details:

Direct Hire position$70,000.00 to $80,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational growth.Lead employee relations efforts, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while advising on HR best practices.Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Human Resource Business Partner Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).5+ years of HR experience, in a manufacturing environment required.Experience with HRIS, talent management systems, and compliance frameworks is an asset.Thorough knowledge of US labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development strategies.
