Human Resource Business Consultant

What you’ll be doing:

The HR Business Consultant plays a vital role in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating proactively with the HR department and business management to develop integrated solutions.      Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.   Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.        Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

What you bring to the table: 

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.         Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.Typically has 5 or more years of progressively complex related experience.       Proven experience in HR policies, procedures, and practices.      Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, in Human Resources, Business, or related field.5+ years of progressively complex related experience.    

What’s needed- Preferred:

Master’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.           Experience in a global or multi-site environment.
