Human Resource Assistant 

$18-$22/hour Depending on experience 

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm 

Are you a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to be the backbone of HR operations. In this role, you’ll handle employee records, assist with payroll, coordinate benefits, and provide top-notch support to both employees and management.

Responsibilities:

Audit HR files to ensure accuracy and compliance. Process payroll and reconcile monthly benefit invoices. Schedule and track performance reviews. Update and maintain employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and company property details. Assist with benefit enrollment during open enrollment periods. Manage new hire benefits within payroll systems. Coordinate training sessions and arrange meals. Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and company procedures.

Requirements: 

Valid driver’s license with eligibility under company insurance standards. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office Suite. Skilled in overseeing and auditing HR and payroll systems. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage priorities effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate clearly with employees and leadership teams. Willingness to work overtime during peak periods as needed. Ability to travel occasionally to store locations and training sessions.

Compensation and Benefits:

$18.00-$22.00/hour  Company benefits once hired: health, dental, life, short and long-term disability, & 401k.  Company benefits once hired: PTO & paid holidays
