HSQE Manager I - Systems

Summary:

The HSQE Manager I – Systems performs advanced executive level, highly confidential administrative support, and related services for the HSQE department.

 

Requirements:  

Works with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.Creates reports for internal teams and external clients.Collaborates with team members and departments to collect, analyze, and visualize data.Structures large data sets to find create KPIs.Creates presentation and reports based on recommendations and findings.Supports initiatives for data integrity and normalization.Trains end-users on reports and dashboards. Handles details, access to information and conversations of a highly sensitive nature in strict confidence. Proactively responds to a wide variety of requests with expeditious action and with a positive, consultative approach.Oversees the HSQE Management Systems, including implementing, updating, reviewing and auditing of the systems.Monitors effective implementation of appropriate HSQE procedures and provides updates in line with legislative and company directives.Conducts data analysis and preparation using HSQE systems (Procore, Velocity, Hive, Cornerstone, Pedigree, Geotab, ServiceNow)Oversees and develops structure of the document control process. Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.ISN (prequal) site oversight.

Qualifications:

High school/GED General Education required.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or 5 years equivalent experience preferred.5 or more years of related experience with supporting executive level staff preferably within a large organization required.Advanced skills inMicrosoft Office applications including Word, Excel (including charts, graphs, bars, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, filtering information for quality data, creating macros to automate common tasks, VBA, statistical modeling, forecasting and prediction, advanced formulas, conditional formatting) PowerPoint & Power BI.Reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business information.Writing reports and business correspondence.Proof reading and editing.Organization.Ability to operate with great latitude for independent judgment and initiative within agreed limits.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniquesCapacity to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes, adapt quickly, anticipate needs, and problem-solve independently. Requires broad knowledge of corporate operations and policies.Coaching, Mentoring, and Training.Strongly developed organizational skills.Functional competencies include attention to detail, continuous improvement, collaboration, ethics & integrity, and prioritization.Valid Driver's License not required.Domestic and International travel 5-15% required.

 

Anticipated base salary range:  $88,000 - $103,000

 

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
