HSEQ Advisor

Inverness

Up to £45k

Reporting to the Operations Director, the HSEQ & Security Advisor will play a key role in supporting the organisation's adherence to safety, health, environmental, quality, and security standards across our Operations, Retail, and facilities throughout Scotland.

This role will involve:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to HSEQS.

- Assisting in the conduct of risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential hazards.

- Facilitating training and providing guidance to employees on HSEQS matters.

- Some travel within Scotland will be required to support operations across different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the development and improvement of HSEQS policies, procedures, and standards, including security considerationsAssisting in ensuring compliance with all relevant HSEQS and security regulationsContributing to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with the company's operations, including security risksProviding guidance and support to all departments in implementing and maintaining HSEQS requirements, incorporating security best practicesFacilitating employee training and awareness on HSEQS matters, including security awareness and trainingSupporting the investigation of incidents and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including security-related incidentsCollaborating with departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with company operations, including security risks
