Assist to manage and monitor the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 management system requirements.
Work closely with the HSE Manager to identify and assess potential hazards, develop safety protocols, and educate staff on safe work practices/ procedures.
Assist in development and implementation of safety programs and policies.
Maintain and update HSE documentations, reports, and records.
Perform safety inspections and hazard assessments of facilities and equipment.
Complete reporting as required and or requested.
Assist to conduct safety inductions/ training sessions for employee.
Assist in investigate and report safety incidents and violations.
Lead and drive the 6S activity in the Company.
Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve safety conditions.
Assist to manage the Scheduled Waste Management System & update the appropriate data in the E-SWIS system.
Assist the HSE Manager with Technical Services personnel, liaise with the relevant Government Authorities including DOSH / DOE / BOMBA on HSE matters including for certification of Site License and Machineries.
Assist in issuance and monitoring of hot work permits, confined space/restricted entries,
logout/tag out permits and/or any other work permit the Company may enforce.
Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values
Assist in audit preparation.
Manage training matrix and arrange training as required.
