As a HSE Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's health, safety, and environmental efforts. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with environmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices in safety. You will report directly to the Sr. HSE Manager, and you’ll work remotely.
\nIn this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nDevelop and implement comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, ensuring a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.\nLead and manage a team of HSE professionals, ensuring efficient and effective HSE practices.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.\nDevelop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses.\nConduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards, providing preventive measures.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents.\nCollaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE matters.\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $86,400 - $112,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $86,400 - $112,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
