*Key Activities:

Ensure that the local authority requirements and local rules and regulations are respected Ensure that all environment certificates to be available as requirement of local authority. Implement TotalEnergies safety guidelines (techniques, methods).Propose, set up and update safety procedures and all the safety aspects in the operating procedures.Supervise all construction and maintenance works in term of safety in TELPGV D7 Plant.Analyze any accident/incident and near miss, propose and set up corrective measures.Propose, set up and manage safety training for workers, drivers, staff and contractors.Propose, set up and manage safety exercises.Propose, set up and manage the crisis management plan.Ensure all safety requirement is properly maintained (common or individual).Establish a safety reporting procedure and encourage safety reports.Lead the local dedicated safety meetings.Coordinator for Maestro/TIM/ISO/SRM+ program in District 7 Plant.Set up and develop environment awareness/ protection for employees, contractors in Plant.Ensure 100% vehicles are complied with STL inspection following PATROM before entry to D7 Plant.Report to HSE MSVN/Singapore about HSE performance through RAMSES/OSCAR and other safety relative systemsCoordinator for High Pressure works, Industrial Hygence works and ensure those works were complied and followed company rules.Manages Major Technological Risks and Critical Barriers, provides a global view of associated risks to the management committee, and collaborates with operational managers on the action plan progress.Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management. Candidate Profile Graduated with Bachelor's degree in relevant majors Have at least 03 years in LPG businessHave at least 03 years-experience in Plant Technical/Plant Operation/HSEQGood knowledge of computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)Strong HSEQ knowledge, understanding both international standard and national regulationsAbility to speak fluently both Vietnamese and English.Good leadership, collaboration and communication.
