We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **HSE Manager (Advanced Manufacturing and Technology Building Projects)** to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring a culture of safety excellence. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs across all project sites. + Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. + Provide training and guidance to staff and contractors on HSE best practices. + Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. + Ensure compliance with local regulations and company safety standards at all project stages. + Collaborate with project teams to create a culture of continuous safety improvement. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. + 10+ years of experience in HSE management for large-scale industrial projects. + Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred. + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Proven ability to implement HSE strategies and manage risk effectively. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Experience managing HSE for advanced manufacturing and technology projects. + In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations and environmental compliance. + Ability to foster a safety-conscious culture across diverse teams. + Familiarity with incident investigation and corrective action procedures. + Strong analytical skills to assess safety performance and implement improvements.
