TRS Staffing Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a HSE Advisor to work for an EPC within the Offshore Wind Sector in Germany. 
Our client supports developers and operates to bring to life their offshore wind projects across multiple areas and facets of a construction project. 
Responsibilities:
On-site construction site support
Implementation and control of occupational safety measures
Checking construction site personnel and equipment
regular construction site inspections
Checking and updating the risk analyzes on site
Regular construction site inspections and implementation of safety measures in collaboration with the construction management 
HSE advice for construction/project management
Desirable experience and skills: 
Completed relevant studies or technical training, with sufficient subsequent certification.  
Completed training as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d) FaSi or safety specialist (f/m/d) SiFa or safety engineer (m/f/d)
Gladly training to become a safety and health protection coordinator (SiGeKo) (m/f/d) or NEBOSH diploma
several years of in-depth construction site experience as an HSE coordinator (m/f/d) or construction manager (m/f/d)
extensive HSE qualifications such as:
B. Fire protection, first aiders, slinging loads, lifting operations or scaffold removal are desirable
Communication and negotiation skills
Confident handling of MS Office applications
good written and spoken English knowledge
