Your role and responsibilities

1.\tSupport Change & Communication for HRTP in China, including translation (EN-CN), document localization, and system proofreading;2.\tAssist in meeting coordination, material preparation, and follow-ups;3.\tUtilize AI tools (e.g. DeepSeek, Doubao) to optimize translation and documentation workflows;4.\tDeliver assigned tasks with high efficiency and accuracy.1.\t协助HR转型项目在中国的变革与沟通工作，包括英文材料翻译、文档本地化及系统校对；2.\t支持沟通会议筹备，包括材料准备、会议记录及后续跟进；3.\t使用DeepSeek、豆包等AI工具提升翻译及文档处理效率；4.\t高效完成项目组分配的其他支持任务。

Qualifications for the role

Requirements:1.\tMajor in English or related fields, with exceptional English proficiency (CET-6/TEM-8 preferred);2.\tAvailable from now until end-July 2024, ≥3 working days/week;3.\tHands-on experience with AI tools like DeepSeek/Doubao;4.\tMeticulous attention to detail in bilingual tasks;5.\tFast learning ability to quickly grasp HR processes and requirements through existing materials and produce accurate translations;6.\tStrong organizational skills for fast-paced projects.Preferred Qualifications:\tPrevious HR-related translation or MNC internship experienceBenefits:\tPractical exposure to global HR transformation initiatives;\tAI tool application skills in HR context;\tCollaborative multicultural environment;\tInternship certificate upon completion.任职要求：1.\t英文相关专业在读学生，具备优秀的英文读写能力（CET-6/TEM-8或同等水平优先）；2.\t实习期从即日起至少至2024年7月底，每周保证至少3天到岗；3.\t熟悉DeepSeek、豆包等AI工具并有实际使用经验；4.\t工作细致耐心，能高质量完成中英互译及文档校对任务；5.\t具备快速学习能力，能在短时间内通过已有HR材料自学理解HR相关流程要求，并做出合理准确翻译；6.\t良好的沟通能力与时间管理意识，能适应快节奏项目协作。加分项：\t有人力资源相关领域翻译或跨国公司实习经验者优先实习收获：\t深度参与全球HR转型项目，积累变革管理实战经验；\t掌握AI工具在HR领域的实际应用技能；\t扁平化团队与国际化工作环境；\t实习期满可提供实习证明。
