As an HRSS Specialist at OpenText, you will be at the heart of driving operational excellence by efficiently processing moderate to complex employee transactions. What the Role OffersOpportunity to manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, organization management, leave management, and offboarding.Collaborative work environment, partnering with HR COEs, HRSS Support Centres, and global stakeholders.Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence and efficiency.A role that blends autonomy and teamwork, influencing decisions while supporting peers.Career growth opportunities within a high-growth, fast-paced organization.A culture focused on delivering quality service and fostering continuous learning.What You Need to SucceedProven experience in HR operations or shared service model within the EMEA region.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize under tight deadlines.Exceptional communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Fluency in Hebrew is required and good knowledge of English is essential.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; HR professional accreditation preferred.One Last Thing
