We are inviting applications for the role of HRO Learning and Development – LD Admin Support – Assistant Manager -English – Hybrid Johannesburg
In this role, you will be leading important projects within the LD team and implementing /maintaining various HR/ LD policies and procedures. You will partner with the learning and development team to find out the training requirements within the business for both (on-line content and presentation/ video etc.)
Responsibilities
• Participate in the performance of the LD operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience to provide a differentiated service to the client
• Participate in training need identification and analysis at a company-wide level
• Identify and finalize vendors for different learning requirements
• Create training catalog based on TNI
• Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, etc.)
• Execute on training plan at the individual, department /organization level, identify key important roles and competencies required for the organization at the executive level and department level
• Design and roll out employee communication related to LD
• Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contributes to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business.
• Emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization.
• Management of training plans on LMS – refreshing content and roll out training, etc.
• Operation Management: Responsible for repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations.
• Proficient and efficient with data capturing activities
• Proficient and efficient with reporting
• Raises relevant quality and scope issues that may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible.
• Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.
• Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically.
• Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for an activity or project segment.
• Ensures progress, issues, and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.
• Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually
• Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team.
• Understand and perform reporting duties according to daily/weekly/annual and Adhoc client requirements
• Participate in and support during Client visits.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
• B. Com or Diploma with relevant business / HR Operations experience
• Strong understanding of reporting, content creation and LD Administration
Preferred Qualification
• HR Admin Coordination experience is required – Learning Development
• Proven work experience in team management
• Workday Experience a plus
• Excellent MS Office and Excel skills
• Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices
• Must be comfortable with ongoing reporting and capturing as needed
• Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility
• Ability to handle multifaceted volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis
• Must have a clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent.
