HRIS Analyst I
Join Our Team as an HRIS Analyst! $73,000 / year Comprehensive Benefits Package Location: Ashburn, VA 

 

Join a collaborative, fast-paced HRIS team where you’ll contribute to systems innovation, data integrity, and HR analytics across the U.S. and Canada. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst who is eager to grow and make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Do:

Perform data entry, research, configuration, and reporting within the HR Information System (HRIS)

Support HR functions including compensation, compliance, performance, and workforce analytics

Generate routine and ad hoc reports to uncover key HR metrics and trends

Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot issues and support system enhancements

Assist with system upgrades, testing, and integrations

Train end-users and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Support HRIS project execution from planning to implementation

Ensure data integrity, compliance, and best practices in system usage

Provide HRIS support for both union and non-union populations, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements where applicable

 

What You Bring:

Minimum high school diploma or international equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred

At least 2 years’ experience in HRIS or HR tech administration at an enterprise level

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with strong attention to detail

Experience supporting HR systems for unionized workforces is a plus

Familiarity with US labor laws; Canadian experience a plus

Intermediate-level skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred

Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel up to 20% in the US and Canada (including overnight)

Ability to pass background checks and meet airport security requirements
