**Job Title:** Workday Systems Analyst
**Location:** Hybrid (Remote work at least one day per week, not full-time)
**Advertised Salary Range:** Up to $76,000 (commensurate with experience)
Adecco has partnered with a great client to find a talented **HRIS Analyst** who will play a critical role in transitioning to **Workday HCM** ! **What You’ll Do:**
As a Workday Systems Analyst, you will be an integral part of the transition to **Workday** and contribute to system improvements and support current business operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
+ Participating in **business process design** sessions, collaborating with stakeholders
+ Mapping and inventorying reports to ensure seamless system integration
+ Creating test scenarios, performing unit and end-to-end testing, and troubleshooting system issues
+ Assisting with the design of **system security** for Workday HCM
+ Supporting ongoing business operations through tasks such as reviewing interface jobs, loading data, and running reports
**Who You Are:**
You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of **Information Technology** and **HR processes** . You excel in problem-solving, enjoy working in cross-functional teams, and can effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor’s degree** in **Information Technology** or a related field, or equivalent experience
+ Strong understanding of **HR functions** and processes
+ Experience implementing or supporting **Workday HCM** or another **ERP** system
+ Proficiency in querying relational databases (e.g., with **SQL** )
+ Ability to create test scenarios for both unit and end-to-end testing
+ Strong **data analysis** skills, including advanced use of **Excel** (or similar applications)
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
+ Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
+ Ability to work well in a team environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 2+ years of experience as a **Workday Analyst** or in a similar role, with experience in **Core HCM** , **Compensation** , **Benefits** , **Recruiting** , **Absence** , and/or **Payroll & Time Tracking**
+ Experience with **Workday security** , reporting, and/or analytics
+ One or more **Workday certifications**
**Pay Details:** $30.00 per week
