The successful incumbent will bring with them the prior experience of embedding Workday HCM and Workday US Payroll and will have experience of working in fast-paced, highly commercial and entrepreneurial environments. Additionally, you will have experience of delivering beyond the day to day and working with the HR Leaders and other Centres of Expertise to deliver wider HR strategic initiatives and priorities. This role will report directly to the Global Head of HRIS based in the UK.

Key Accountabilities

Serve as a functional and technical expert for Workday HCM and US PayrollWork with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changesWork with the global HRIS team to manage the prioritization and execution of Workday fixesManage the ongoing maintenance of the HR organization structure in WorkdaySupport automation and process improvements across all HR SystemsAssist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday system changes and upgrades including the bi-annual Workday releasesSupport on ensuring that Workday is fully integrated with key business systemsPerform detailed manipulation of complex data via tools such as spreadsheets and EIB’sMaintain the available employee guidance ensuring all content is accurate, up to date and fit for purposeSupport training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilizing WorkdayProvide support for ad hoc projects as requiredTake all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality and ensure compliance needs are metEnsure your own continuous professional development by participating in external networking/conferences/associations/groupsMaintain a positive and solution oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the HR and the company maintaining mutually constructive, positive and beneficial relationships.

The expected base salary range for this role is $100,000-130,000 per year. The base salary range is based on level and does not include other types of compensation such as discretionary bonus or benefits.
