Job Title: HRD Leader – Mining

Location: Limpopo, South Africa

The HRD Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources Development function within a mining operation in Limpopo. This includes employee training and development, talent management, succession planning, performance management, and overall HR strategy implementation.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with regard HRD processes Ensure development, drive and implementation of relevant and appropriate HRD systems and procedure Ensure SHE compliance Ensure compliance with the NQF standards Ensure appropriate project management processes are adhered to

 

Requirements:

Grade 12 Relevant HR / HRD or NQF 6 EDTP Qualification Registered Assessor and Moderator with the relevant SETA 7 years post qualification experience Two years of management experience / HRD Coordinator

Benefits:

Salary: R1m – R1.4m CTC
