HRBP Specialist (Evenings)
The Specialist, HRBP will lead the execution of human resources strategy with several leaders in the Distribution Center and will be a coach and consultant with the leaders, so they achieve their business strategies by focusing on employee performance, leaders, and team effectiveness. The HR Specialist will understand business priorities and utilize relevant data to develop people strategies that deliver high value, impacting performance, retention, and overall employee experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Establishes and maintains an understanding of the business, the employees, and the leaders in the client organizations.Will build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and employees at all levels of the organization.Uses insights to proactively assess and provide solutions for key people and business issues. Serves as a coach for leader and team effectiveness.Collaborates and partners with leaders on organizational changes.  Works closely with talent acquisition partners, focusing on attracting notable talent and ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.Collaborates effectively across HR and actively supports multiple HR priorities as a key member of the team.

Manage new hire processes:

Maintain and update orientation programs.Support recruitment strategies.Manage job changes and related paperwork.Assist with resignations and exit interviews.

Oversee Health and Safety programs:

Coordinate corporate office safety initiatives.Track and maintain safety training programs for warehouse employees.Support safety claims and early return to work programs.

Support HR operations:

Assist with employee relations issues.Coordinate performance review processes.Assist with the leaves of absence process.Identify and plan training and development needs.Run and analyze HR-related reports.Maintain HR information and documentation.Consult with Payroll Department on HR and benefits matters.

Ensure compliance and implementation policy:

Interpret and apply company policies and local laws.Assist in developing and implementing HR and safety projects.Stay updated on existing and new legislation.Ensure proper posting of legal requirements in all work locations.

Provide general HR support:

Offer guidance on policy interpretation and employee relations.Maintain employee files and perform filing duties.Delivering exceptional customer service to the warehouse employees team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

Thought partner with the proven ability to influence decisions by gaining trust and credibility of key stakeholders.Genuine curiosity about people and organizational issues, possess a solutions-based mindset that translates into high impact deliverables.Experience working in and managing times of ambiguity; the ability to deal with situations that may not have a system or process already in place.Experience and ability to balance business partnering skills with employee advocacy.High level understanding of local employment law.Effective communication and people skills.Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE-

3-5 years of experience in human resources, organization development, or related field.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management.PHR, SHRM, or equivalent certification preferred.

$70K$75K - ANNUALLY
