Our best-in-class HR Technology team transforms the way HR enables the business and workforce. This role will play a pivotal role in leading new processes and enhancements to support Time-Keeping, Payroll, Benefits, and more.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting all HR Technology Integrations and should have technical knowledge to do so. Our main IT systems are Workday and UKG/Kronos. The role serves as a technical point of contact for continued maintenance and configuration of modules and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities. The incumbent will partner with various business stakeholders and be accountable for the overall design and functionality of the applications – Workday and UKG.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or "STEM" majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experienceMinimum 3+ years’ experience working technically with Workday and preferably Kronos/UKG1+ yrs Hands-on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting1+ yrs. Hands-on experience implementing at least one of the following HCM modules: Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Absence Management (preferably in Workday)1+ yrs. Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the HR function, driving efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on time and attendance workflowsCollaborate with HR business unit and IT business unit to foster idea exchange and knowledge sharing around time and attendance systems and integrationsDesign standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardization across HR Technology Team, particularly for time and attendance managementConfigure Workday Time & Labor, Payroll, and Benefits modules to meet business needs, ensuring accurate time tracking and payroll processingCollaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure time clocks are properly installed, maintained, and integrated with Workday, UKG, and other time and attendance applicationsMentor and guide HR Technology team members on Workday time and attendance functionality, providing knowledge transfer for continued improvementsHR Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits IntegrationsUnderstand and enhance the current mapping of HR systems for timekeeping, payroll and BenefitsUpdate local state and country level integrations to meet the new configuration changes as decided by business teams and governing entitiesLead design meetings of enhancements with IT and HR business teamsLead Workday to UKG Dimensions bi-directional integration setup
