HR Technology Coordinator

 

 

OVERVIEW

The HR Technology Coordinator provides support to Suns HR Technology, Payroll, and HRIS teams, and plays an important role in the success of the overall HR departments key initiatives. Youll be responsible for helping to execute the companys mobile device program, entering and maintaining various HR data records in the HRIS system (SuccessFactors), answering team member inquiries and providing a high level of service to our internal team.

JOB DUTIESAdminister company mobile device account. Ensure established team members are issued mobile devices. Provide support for devices and enforce company mobile device policies.Triage and answer team member inquiries; establish SLAs, assign tickets to appropriate HR resources, and ensure proper SLA commitments are met or exceeded.Maintain all contingent worker and contractor HRIS records. Enter access requests. Respond to and troubleshoot related inquiries.Collaborate with the Payroll & HRIS team to help support their needs inclusive of servicing team member inquiries, verifications of employment, time off administration, time & attendance administration, file requests, data maintenance, and reporting.Serve as a liaison between IT & HR on technical issues and/or team member systems issues that arise.Assist with maintaining the main office building access control system and manage day-to-day user record updates.Collaborate with HR leadership team on project status, prioritization, scheduling, and all interactions required ensuring successful project execution.Create and analyze various reports. Analyze data and provide recommendations as appropriate.Manage multiple, parallel projects using project planning techniques, coordinating resources, and routing communications as appropriate to ensure project deadlines are met.Serve as backup for advanced data research, integration, and system update needs for HR systems.Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree (Required)2 years HR experience1 year experience working with payroll or HRISAbility to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentialityPrior experience working with SuccessFactors, a plusAbility to interact in a positive and approachable manner with all levels of team membersAbility to multi-task and manage several projects at onceAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamBasic knowledge of HR functional areasExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly driven and goal-oriented with proven ability to meet established goalsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of Human Resources Information Systems and their applicationStrong computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
