Your Responsibilities + Support and advise area managers and employees on labor relations matters. + Resolve labor issues through the application of the corresponding collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European...). + Support in the study of labor cases, drafting the corresponding HR/RLL documentation (e.g. response to requests, labor changes, agreements...). + Support to the HR Management in the dialogue and communications with the Works Councils. Support in the elaboration and design of company policies, regulations and individual and collective agreements. + Design, drafting and sending of general communications, promoting and promoting their dissemination to all levels of the factory. + Promotion of the employer brand, following WACKER Group guidelines. + Support in relations with educational centers, job fairs, etc. + Performance evaluation and talent development. + Support in administrative tasks to the rest of the areas of the HR Department: development, training and documentation filing, etc. Your profile + Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or similar. + Experience in a similar position of at least 3 years. + English is an asset. + Social and communication skills. + Creativity, flexibility, resilience. + Ability to work in a team, and proactivity. + High organizational skills.
