Job Description
Are you passionate about Employee engagement and do you have the technical skills to implement employee engagement surveys through innovative HR technology? Join our HR Tech and Process Excellence team where we deliver digital HR solutions to empower the business. Working in a cross-functional HR team, you'll pay a key role in technically implementing running our global employee engagement and motivation survey.
**What is the job about?**
As an HR Tech specialist, you'll develop and deploy solutions to enhance our Employee Engagement measurements and follow up. Collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams, you'll identify improvement opportunities, design and implement supportive systems, and continuously optimize them. Your focus will be on boosting efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement through advanced technology and HR best practices. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for sustainable HR Tech solutions.
**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Develop and Maintain Employee Engagement Surveys in Qualtrics
+ Design, create, distribute, and analyze surveys
+ Ensure alignment with company goals and inclusivity
+ Manage EE Dashboards and Extract Data for Analysis
+ Create and maintain dashboards and reports
+ Analyze data for patterns and insights
+ Assist in interpreting results and developing action plans
+ Maintain Integrations with other HR Systems
+ Ensure Usage and Follow-up Based on EE Findings
+ Communicate survey results to stakeholders
+ Make recommendations and follow up on action plans
+ Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
**Your background:**
We imagine that you have:
+ 3 years of HR Employee Engagement, ideally with Qualtrics or similar EE tools
+ Proven ability in creating self-service reporting solutions for key stakeholders
+ Experience with SuccessFactors or a similar platform is a plus
+ Exposure to a global, multinational work environment
+ Excellent communication skills
+ Team player with strong collaborative abilities
+ Service-oriented and customer-focused
