Job Description

As a specialist in Bosch Mobility Business, you will support the strategy and steering topics in M/HRR-CN.

Focused Topics:

Support the implementation and adaption of the Mobility Strategy (MSW) in ChinaConduct trend scouting including automotive industry, talent market trend, government policies and regulations etc. and integrate into M-CN’s P&O strategic field of actionsUtilize HR data/dashboard to provide real-time insights, consulting and support decision-making

We wish you to have:

Bachelor degree or aboveOver 5 years working experiences, working experience in strategy and HR are preferredExcellent strategic thinking through strong business acumen for automotive industry and local China labor market and analytical skillsPassion about people and organizational development,  flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work settingGood interpersonal and communication skill to interact with different level of leaders and associates
