Our client an organisation with a global footprint is searching for an experienced HR Specialist This role is presently a fixed term 6 month contract
The HR Specialist supports the execution and communication of HR programs policies processes and initiatives This includes data consolidation perform analysis and reporting deliver insights and create executiveready materials used to support larger HR initiatives and decision making
Key Performance Areas
Support HR Manager in the landing & contextualising the People Strategy & Initiatives
Project and process coordination for a variety of HR programs and activities
Ability to create documents and provide reporting/analysis generate ad hoc reports and dashboard analytics
Handle escalations from HR direct or ER to resolve client queries and issues as appropriate
Understand and reconcile gaps overlaps and apparent contradictions among and within reports and reporting tools
Be a proactive thought partner with HR Manager HR COE&rsquos and Local Leaders
Always with an eye for detail
Attending and participating in sessions to ensure realtime feedback ideas updates and agreements are gathered
The stewarding of data accuracy for HRMS and HRBPS they support
Responsible for legislative compliance across group &ndash which includes however not limited to EE WSP /ATR DOL Inspections reporting if required etc
Deliverables
Coordinates and supports on processes on policy & employee lifecycle transitions including matters such as hiring promotions position changes mobility etc
Will work with HRBPS and HR COE&rsquos to ensure processes/services are delivered with excellence
Requirements
Must have full HR spectrum experience/ full house HR experience
4 to 5 years relevant experience working within a HR Specialist role
Must be comfortable with high amount of administration

Must have experience with legislative compliance and regulatory requirements such as EE WSP /ATR DOL etc
