Job Responsibilities:

As a HR Specialist, you will be part of a multi-cultural business team and gain a holistic approach of the professional world of Human Resources at MAGNA. During the Magna NextGen Program which will last 24 months, you will participate in different trainings and work in different projects. You will be guided and supported by experienced colleagues and your own business mentor.

Who we are looking for

Fluent in English and preferably Hungarian

Willingness to learn and take over responsibility 

First work experience through internships and/or working student positions ideally in a HR department 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration (BWL) with a focus on HR, or Organizational Psychology or similar 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
