General Purpose:
This position reports to TACHR manager. The job holder shall be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company’s policies and managing procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible and reliable. Willing to regularly contribute to making our company a better place to work. Highly efficient, organized, and approachable.
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
• OCW management, included contract renewal and departure updated, reports and work with the agent for hiring administrative process;
• Temp and non-exempt recruitment;
• Coordinate communication with candidates for exempt positions and schedule interviews;
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates;
• Coordinate monthly training, regular/license training and courses search by requested; relevant training records updated;
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties; as well as projects assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• BA/BS degree and above;
• 3-5 years experience in HR field, factory HR experience is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of HRMS
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Fluent English, both in written and speaking
