HR Business Partner
Your role and responsibilitiesAccountable for Blue Collar recruitment based on business needs; act as partner in the execution of 3rd party employee lifecycle processes via collaboration with 3rd parties if needed.Accountable for HR related data quality and accuracy in the systems as well as documentation such as monthly HC related reports and update employee master data in system timely.Interrogates HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, define and execute appropriate actions together with location HRBP. Be responsible for employee or culture related initiatives, such D&I activities, English Corner, etc. Executes talent development process and provide onsite support on inhouse training.Provides HR supports to staff professional title assessment and talent allowances according to local government policies when needed.Provides supports on department administrative affairs when needed.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor’s degree or above with 5 years working experience in HR.Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.Proficient in various Office software, and it’s even better if you are skillful in Power BI or other digital tools.Adjust the pace of multi-line work to ensure the quality of work and constantly seeking the better solution with creative ideas when appropriate.Self-driven, energetic, and inclusive.Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity in this VUCA world.
