As a Human Resources Specialist you will consult and guide business and functional leaders and take action in the areas of talent management, organizational development, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation planning, change management and change leadership. 

What will you do? Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:

Working in compliance with legislationFirst point of contact for managers for HR operational processes and all aspects of employee relations including performance managementDrive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change and business processesProvide compensation guidance to managersWork with HR Business Partners and management to implement regional organizational structure, that systems and processes are in alignment with business goalsPartner with Talent Acquisition in recruiting and staffingParticipate at employee onboarding and adaptation processProactively gain client feedback to improve service levels and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areasAdvise and guide in employee relation matters and labor lawCommunicate and implement global HR policies and initiatives in accordance with local requirementsParticipating in global project teams and working on new HR initiatives on local and global level

How will you get here?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Human Resources or other business-related field is requiresMaster's degree would be a plusMust have experience in various aspects of human resources (talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, employee relations and organizational development)Thorough knowledge and understanding of labor and employment laws and regulations, as well as HR concepts experience as an advisor to the business
