Job summary
We are in the market for an HR Shared Services Global Coordinator join our team on a 8 month contract basis as we continue to build and scale our HR Shared Services. As a HRSS Coordinator, you will have a versatile and engaging work stream ranging from a key focus on Talent coordination activities such as scheduling interviews, conducting new hire onboarding and raising IT tickets, conducting reference and background checks. There will also be a broader HR processing and coordination element to this role which will encompass activities such as documenting new and changed processes in relation to talent coordination and broader HR services such as global policy management, raising Jira tickets for new and extended contractors and contingent workers. This role is a hybrid role based in Cape Town to support the continuous build and ongoing operations for our Global HR Shared Services.
What you will do
Talent Administration Coordination
Partner with the Senior Business Partner to schedule interviews, log new hire onboarding tickets, conduct reference and background checks, document processes, update job descriptions and job posts, execute employer brand building initiatives. Be the point of contact for new hires during the new hire onboarding cycle. Partner internally with service desk, payroll and facilities to meet new hire onboarding deadlines. Assist with campus recruiting Develop relationships with external recruiting partners for short-term contract hiring Assist with global process development when required.HR Processing and Coordination
Administer centralized case management tool by allocating and executing tasks with regards to the broader HR life cycle support items, such as queries from DigiCert University, Policy Updates and communication, Contract and Contingent worker Jira tickets for new hires and extensions. Capture and or Quality assure information captured onto ADP (HR Database) Rotate and support overflow on (regional talent coordinator work for your peers) Support new shared service item integrations from the business through discussion, development and adherence to new processes. Monthly payroll submissions by respective cut-off dates Serve as a point of compliance for all work affected from within the Shared Services Centre. Assist with global HRSSC projects when required.
What you will have
2+ years of talent acquisition coordination and/or HR administration experience preferably in a HR Support or Shared Services environment. (Global experience will be advantageous) Tools Experience: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse Recruit and Onboarding, ADP, JIRA , Hire Right (advantageous) Strong passion for Talent and HR administration Detail-oriented and creative problem-solving abilities Team player and independent contributor
Additional Information
This role involves shift work, with hours alternating between: 1pm to 10pm SAST (to support US/MT daylight saving time)
2pm to 11pm SAST (to support US/MT standard time)
